Xiaomi has finally introduced and launched its long-awaited Android flagship, Xiaomi 14 Ultra. I unboxed the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which is also available for sale in Turkey, at the SDN office.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra that I took out of the box has a 6.73 inch 2K AMOLED screen. This screen supports QHD + (3200 x 1440 pixels) resolution, offers a 120 Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10 +, HDR Vivid and Dolby Vision technologies with 3000 nits peak brightness.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor produced by Qualcomm. This 8-core processor is produced with a 4 nm fabrication process and is supported by Adreno GPU. Additionally, there are 12 GB / 16 GB RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB / 1 TB storage options.
On the front, there is a 4K 60 FPS selfie camera with a resolution of 32 Megapixels, while there is a quad camera setup on the back. This setup consists of a 50 Megapixel main camera, 50 Megapixel ultra wide-angle camera, 50 Megapixel telephoto (3.2x) camera and 50 Megapixel telephoto (5x) camera. 8K 30fps and 4K 120fps videos are shot with the rear cameras.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra runs on Android 14 based HyperOS and is powered by a 5300 mAh battery. This battery offers 90W wired and 80W wireless charging support. Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and GPS. Additionally, NFC support is also available.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is on sale with three different options: 12 GB RAM + 256 GB, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB.
