For this reason, it would be a little wrong to expect the new feature to come with the upcoming Eternity’s End content update. According to Hazzikoastas, the grouping between Horde and Alliance will be possible after the 9.2.5 update.

Some rules will continue to apply

As we mentioned before, Alliance and Horde grouping will be possible in raid, dungeon and PvP areas. However, users belonging to guilds will continue to see the other side as an enemy in certain regions.
