Popular retro game emulator comes to iPad!

As retro game enthusiasts know, emulators have now become available for download on the App Store in recent weeks. Thereupon, another good development took place. Popular retro game emulator Delta is coming to iPads. The iPad version of Delta is almost completed by developer Riley Testut.

In an announcement on the Threads platform last weekend, Testut stated that Delta is almost complete for the iPad and just needs to complete the controller skins and fix some bugs. Initially, bringing Delta to the iPad was not a development priority because plans were to release the emulator on a limited basis through the alternative app store AltStore PAL, which did not support the iPad.

However, Testut’s plans changed when Apple announced earlier this month that it would allow retro game emulators in the App Store, changing its policy from years ago. Delta was available for free on the App Store in the US and other countries on April 17, and users contributed to the development by supporting the developer through Patreon.

Delta has received a lot of attention since its launch on the App Store. Users who wanted to play classic retro games such as NES, SNES, N64, Nintendo DS, Game Boy and Game Boy Advance lined up to benefit from the opportunities offered by Delta. The emulator works with popular game controllers and supports cheats, save states, backups, syncing and much more.

GTA 5’s canceled DLC was revealed years later!

It turned out that Rockstar Games’ plans included a canceled DLC for GTA 5. Let’s take a look at the details together!

With Delta coming to iPad, gamers will be able to enjoy retro games on a larger screen. Features such as the fast forward option, a “hold” button for buttons that need to be pressed continuously, and Haptic Touch support will also be available for iPad users.

The Delta iPad app will arrive with the release of Delta 1.6 on the App Store. What are you thinking? Please don’t forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
