Will Ripple (XRP) Litigation End Through Settlement? CEO Left Open Door!

The ongoing legal battle between Ripple Labs and the SEC is coming to an end. Whether there will be an agreement between the parties in the case continues to be a matter of curiosity by both XRP holders and crypto investors.

While Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said in previous interviews that they will never be able to deal with the SEC, he seems to have given up on this idea in an interview with Fox Business recently.

In his speech, Garlinghouse stated that they are open to an agreement with the SEC, but this is possible with one condition.

Famous CEO about XRP as Ripple “absolute certainty” Noting that they can reach an agreement with the SEC if it happens:

There may be agreement to the extent that we can find a constructive way forward with the SEC. Of course we want to find this way. It is not clear whether there will be consensus going forward unless there is absolute certainty about what XRP is. We have an extremely strong vision for XRP going forward. There are many other people in the crypto community and XRP community who are doing great things with XRP.

According to Garlinghouse, the SEC’s questionable statements about Ethereum are symptomatic of a regulatory lack in the crypto space, saying:

I think there is a lack of clarity, we continue to move forward in this way. Crypto should be regulated. The SEC may seek further authorization on this matter.

The outcome of the lawsuit is unclear, but the XRP community is pretty confident that Ripple will win, given the evidence in the lawsuit.
