Dusseldorf In the good one and a half decades that Nicolas von Rosty has been active in the headhunter scene, the 60-year-old has seen many top candidates. And also deleted one or the other from his address book.
Especially those who deal with the talent hunters for the first time quickly make mistakes, whether due to ignorance or insecurity. But even experienced managers maneuver themselves out of business with clumsy behavior when dealing with headhunters.
And right now there is a high probability of getting caught in the eye of personnel consultants: Germany’s headhunters are on the prowl. Gallup market researchers say that one in three employees was recently contacted by a personnel consultant – a doubling in just two years.
