Mr. Möbert, in your new study you predict that the German price boom on the German real estate market will end in 2024. What makes you so sure?
We’re not sure. But 2024 represents the middle value of our calculations. It is also possible that the price cycle will end earlier. In any case, we are pretty sure that the real estate boom in Germany will end in this decade – and sooner rather than later.
