With the Official Gazette dated April 19, 2022, the long-awaited SCT regulation for mobile phones was made. Base price as of April 19 1.500 TL and below phones with 25%, In the range of 1.500 TL – 3.000 TL phones with 40% and 3,000 TL and above phones will be subject to 50% SCT tax.
