“We have a global holding company for a centralized exchange, we have a global holding presence.

Referring to the problems Binance has had with regulators of various countries in the past years, CZstated that it is no longer in conflict with the regulators and they have surrendered.
“We have surrendered to the restrictive approaches of regulators. When we started five years ago, there was very little regulatory framework.
In those days we were taking the decentralized approach for Binance and it worked really well for us.
Now, as the industry matures, regulators’ first questions are “where is your headquarters?” is happening.So we asked ourselves what is the best way to move forward as a centralized exchange if we want to continue on this path.

In previous interviews, CZ asked where is Binance headquarters. “Binance has no headquarters. Is this an office where people sit? I have worked from home for the past three and a half years.
