Popular crypto strategist Michaël van de Poppe shared his insights on what could happen in the future for Ethereum rivals Cardano (ADA), Fantom (FTM) and Harmony (ONE).
Van de Poppe thinks that smart contract platform Cardano needs to roll back a significant level to ignite a 25% rally.
“Cardano (ADA) price, made a false exit above $1.50. He was thrown back into the range. If he wants to retest the $1.50 area, then I would first look at a $1.20 reversal and buy it back.”
Cardano (ADA) is currently trading at $1.04.
The next altcoin is a highly scalable blockchain platform for decentralized finance (DeFi), decentralized applications (DApps), and enterprise applications. Phantom (FTM) happened. Trading against Bitcoin (BTC), Van de Poppe noted that the FTM/BTC pair managed to hold support at 0.00005 BTC ($1.81) and resistance is now at 0.000068 BTC ($2.48) to start an exit rally. He said he should show it.
“The region that needed to be held to avoid any major selling pressure was the 6800 SATS region. It failed to hold, however, a strong drop towards support and a bounce from that area. 5100-5400 sats (0.00005 BTC – 0.000054 BTC) support, 6800 (0.000068 BTC) sats resistance. If that breaks down, a new wave of impulses can begin.”
Currently, the FTM/BTC pair is trading at 0.00006 BTC or $2.17.
The latest coin on Trader’s radar is a blockchain startup focused on powering a decentralized economy. Harmony (ONE) it happened. According to Van de Poppe, Harmony may be in position for a bounce against Bitcoin (ONE/BTC) after holding support at 0.000005 BTC or $0.18.
