What makes Unilever shares interesting

According to the group, around 2.5 billion people in 190 countries come into contact with one of the more than 400 Unilever brands every day. These include Knorr, Pfanni, Langnese, Ben & Jerrys, Dove, Rexona, Domestos and Viss.

Unilever also has a lot to offer investors – especially in the current environment with rising inflation and declining economic growth. Everyday consumer goods are in demand even in times of crisis, and Unilever is one of the companies that can get higher prices. In addition, the stable dividend makes the stock attractive in times when interest rates are still low.

Nevertheless, the Unilever share got under the wheels. It has lost around 11 percent since the start of the year, and it is even more than a quarter below its all-time high of more than £ 53, which it reached more than two years ago.
