As you can see in the picture above, there have been serious shifts towards the fear zone, especially in the last month, and when you follow the trend, this zone has started to move upwards after visiting for a while. Both the price and fear began to wane, giving way to greed.
The data I tested with 14-day moving averages was very slow and did not show a clear direction, but with the work I have done in the last 15-20 days, I have seen that this index, which I have created on a weekly basis, is much more reflexive and open to creating consistent results.
For now, you do not have the opportunity to follow this indicator except for my posts.. An indicator with a young 9-month history that I still continue to work on and do tests in my own local.
But I hope it at least shows where this uptrend will end, based on historical data. The important thing when using this indicator; to continue collecting in pieces while the price continues in the green zone and to buy the fear, to be able to sell in pieces and sell greed when it continues to walk in the red zone and when it reaches critical levels.
I think the hardest thing in the crypto market is to buy the fear and sell the greed. Therefore, in the coming periods, I will focus more on these shares and my works.
Even if we see that we are not at dangerous levels in terms of greed in the region we are in, by looking at the data of the past 9 months, we should not forget that we will not see a sudden Fed decision or an event that market actors would not think of.
