Whales Are Densely Stacking This Metaverse Coin!

Some of the biggest cryptocurrency investors in the world are accumulating an Ethereum-based gaming altcoin/metaverse coin, with the combined market cap of Bitcoin and altcoins exceeding $2 trillion.

According to new on-chain data from WhaleStats, over the past seven days, the top 100 Ethereum wallets on record seem to have dropped their previous investment habits in recent months. Huge whales now Decentraland (MANA), The Sandbox (SAND) or to Axie Infinity (AXS) does not allocate significant amounts of capital.

Instead, the most prominent cryptocurrency investors are heavily investing in the play-to-win blockchain gaming platform. Gala (GALA) is stacking.

Gala Games is a platform that aims to take the gaming industry in a different direction by giving players back control over their games. With its motto to create “blockchain games you really want to play”, Gala’s goal is to publish countless blockchain-based win-to-play games. Nine games are under development on the platform, including Town Star, which is currently available in beta form.

The platform’s native asset, the GALA token, is designed to be used as a digital currency that allows players to purchase in-game items.

Looking at the overall statistics on Ethereum whale activity, the heavyweights of the closely watched crypto, above all stablecoin Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) accumulated.

If we look at the rest of the list, whales are among the most purchased assets. Ethereum (ETH) ranks third on the list. ETH is Binance’s stablecoin Binance USD (BUSD)), decentralized exchange (DEX) Serum (SRM) and oracle network Chainlink (LINK) is watching.

The only metaverse coin on the list Gala (GALA) while taking its place at number seven, its lending platform aavelocal presence of AAVEstablecoin TerraUSD (UST) and tier-2 scaling platform Polygon (MATIC) is watching.
