A group representing the unsecured creditors of the bankrupt crypto company Voyager, FTX subpoenaed founder Sam Bankman-Fried and a group of executives.

The Voyager creditor group sent a subpoena to the bosses of the FTX exchange, making it official that the executives must attend the hearing to be held on February 23, 2023.
