Vodafone Digital Asset Broker (DAB), together with Chainlink, conducted a study showing how blockchain technology can be used in international trade.

Vodafone DAB CEO Jorge Bento said the following about the study:
“Vodafone DAB and Chainlink show how these platforms can bridge the sea of incompatibilities by bringing together traditional markets and advanced decentralized platforms.”
Using these platforms in international trade makes data exchange easier. For example, in the event of a fire, a cargo ship can autonomously transfer data to smart contracts via DAB and CCIP and initiate the insurance process.
Within the scope of this cooperation, Vodafone DAB also joined the Chainlink network as a node operator.
