Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBU) aims to establish an organization to connect the tech business community and provide consultancy to relevant institutions to develop policies and legal frameworks on technology, digital assets and currencies. first congressIt plans to do it by the middle of this month.
According to Hoang Van Huay, former Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, now Minister of Science and Technology and who contributed significantly to the establishment of the VBU, the emergence of the said union will constitute an important milestone that determines Vietnam’s position on the world technology map.
Industry Experts Will Share Their Experiences
Huay said that for the development of high-quality human resources in Vietnam, it will create an important environment for the world to hold the Blockchain core technology to compete in digital technology.
At the said congress, VBU members will share their experience and resources to study, deploy and trade Blockchain technology in accordance with Vietnamese law. It was also stated that cooperation will be made with relevant universities to conduct research on blockchain technology and train human resources in this field.
Purpose To Increase Social Awareness
Huay also said that the relevant association will partner with government government agencies and other social organizations in raising awareness about society and developing policies and legal frameworks for the development of products and services based on the Blockchain technology platform.
