The number of unemployed in Germany fell to 2,465,000 in September thanks to an autumn recovery. That is 114,000 less than in August and 382,000 less than in September 2020, announced the Federal Employment Agency on Thursday in Nuremberg. The unemployment rate fell by 0.2 points to 5.4 percent.
