Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır made important statements at the opening of the Ampherr Battery Technologies Factory. They announced that they are preparing a new incentive program with the aim of bringing Turkey to an assertive position in the field of battery and energy storage technologies.
Minister Kacır pointed out that battery production capacity will increase rapidly around the world and stated that it is expected to reach 3.5 times the current capacity in 2030. He emphasized that efforts are continuing for Turkey to have a significant share in this growing market.
