Many employees have been working from home for more than a year and a half. This has advantages: Many employees are more productive at home – also because they can use the time they otherwise spend on the bus, train or car.

But the home office also has its downsides – especially for people who are usually more cautious and don’t like to call their boss or colleagues without a valid reason to do so. They fear that they will quickly become invisible and therefore ignored during promotion rounds.
