NFPrompt fell victim to hack, altcoin price is falling!

A hacker group successfully invaded some wallets, including the NFP contract administrator’s wallet. Thus, he gained unauthorized control of the victim’s funds. This attack involves part of NFP’s treasury and ecological funds. In this context, the altcoin team made the following announcement with a detailed explanation:
We are writing to inform you about a critical security incident regarding NFPrompt. It was found that a group of hackers had compromised some wallets, including the wallets of NFP’s contract administrators. They illegally seized control of victims’ funds, including part of the NFP treasury and ecosystem fund.
Following the attack, the altcoin price fell sharply. NFP price decreased from $0.9643 to $0.757 during the day. At the time of writing, the token was trading at a loss of approximately 16% on a daily basis.
NFPrompt got help from the FBI and calls to exchanges
In response to this attack, NFPrompt transferred all smart contract ownership to new addresses. Thus, effectively cutting off their attack path. It also ensured the security of users’ NFP tokens and platform assets. In addition, the FBI stepped in to help track down the hackers. It also notified major centralized exchanges (CEX) to freeze funds related to the hackers.
NFPrompt also called on cooperating central exchanges to suspend NFP deposits during the investigation. In addition, it invited decentralized exchanges (DEX) to temporarily halt all liquidity pool activities involving NFP tokens to avoid risks and prioritize the protection of holders’ assets and reduce losses as quickly as possible.
