These are the four most important lessons from the Dax upswing

Dusseldorf The momentum that the leading German index Dax is currently developing is impressive – even if the prices fell slightly on Wednesday. There have been seven new highs in the past nine trading days. Since the end of September, the leading index has risen by almost 1,600 points or the equivalent of 13 percent. Four conclusions can be drawn from this rally.

First: It is very unlikely that the Dax will fall below the 12,000 point mark in the coming weeks or even mark a new low for the year. There has been no significant profit taking in the current rally. And yet, according to the analysis company Animusx, the cash ratio of domestic investors is at a comparatively normal level.
