Sims alternative? Sims rival?

Swedish game developer Paradox Interactive, as it is known, is the producer of the Cities Skylines game. Again, in this city building simulation, which is very popular in Turkey and around the world, we were organizing and managing our city like a mayor. The brand intends to add another game among the popular game series.

The company introduced the game Life By You at its event in early March. The brand also announced Cities Skylines II and their collaboration with Xbox at the event. The producer company stated that they will launch Life By You as a direct competitor to Sims, not as an alternative.

The first game in The Sims series was released on February 4, 2000. The last game of Sims, which dominated the life simulation category for 23 years, was released in 2014. It is possible that Paradox realized the gap in the 9-year period and started to think about Life By You.

How is it different from Sims?

Basically life simulation in two games. In both games, a family, business and friendship relationship is established. However, Life By You has more details than Sims. For example, in both games, you can detail the outer appearances of the characters down to the smallest details. However, the Life By You game also allows you to customize the psychology and mental states of your characters.
