Recently, we shared with you the release date of the Netflix movie ‘Last Call for Istanbul’, in which Behlül and Bihter “reunited”. Following the announcement of the movie in which Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and Beren Saat are co-stars again, the release date of a new adaptation of the duo’s legendary work Aşk-ı Memnu has been announced.
The movie Bihter, adapted from the novel Aşk-ı Memnu, will be released on November 16.
You will appreciate that the movie Bihter, starring Farah Zeynep Abdullah, will be adapted from Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil’s immortal novel Aşk-ı Memnu. However, unlike the TV series adaptation, which is as immortal as the novel, this movie will not be set in modern times.
The film, which will be released on Amazon Prime Video on November 16, 2023, will take place in the 1920s. We will watch a story based on strength and courage. You can watch the trailer of the movie above.
The handsome actor Boran Kuzum plays the role of Behlül in the movie. The remaining cast is as follows: Osman Sonant, Hande Ataizi, Helin Kandemir, Nezaket Erden, Lorin Merhart, Mert Can Tekin, Mert İnce, Ebru Özkan and Tilbe Saran.
The directors of the film are Mehmet Binay and Caner Alper (Bergen). Merve Göntem wrote the script. Considering Bergen’s cinematographic and box office success, it seems that we can raise expectations for the Bihter movie.
