In fact, it was stated that the person who will go will be determined by the end of the year, and then he will be ready for duty by participating in a training that lasts between 4 and 6 months.
Now, according to the shares, it has been said that 2 people will be selected among all the applications and only one of them will go to space. In this mission, which will last approximately 10 days, a Turkish will have stepped aboard the International Space Station for the first time.

4 million citizens visited the site. The number of our citizens who have registered to the system to apply here is 31 thousand. The number of our citizens who completed their registration by saying I have the conditions to go to space is now 225. Therefore, I believe that this interest will continue to increase.
The application requirements are as follows:
- Age: Born after May 23, 1977
- Size: 149.5 cm – 190.5 cm
- Weight: 43 kg – 110 kg
- Language: To meet the English proficiency requirement
- Education: To have graduated from one of the faculties of Education and Medicine in the field of Engineering, Science / Basic sciences, Science
- Health: To comply with the determined health criteria
- Application deadline: 23 June 2022- at 20:23
