After this rumor spread quickly, Across the Spider-Verse’s editing team Andrew Levitonciting a video shared by a user, stating that multiple versions of the movie were shown in theaters confirmed. “I was wondering when people would notice.” Leviton did not share how many versions were shown or why.
In the shared video, by Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099) A scene is shown. In this scene, O’Hara talks to his holographic companion, Lyla. At the end of the scene, there is a slight difference. The scene ends with Lyla pointing at Miguel in one and Lyla taking a selfie in the other. on the other hand Scarlet Spider’s dialogues are different, The Spot, Vulture and Spider-Punk There are also those who say that there are similar different points in the characters.
