Erdogan gave a date: Turkey’s General Elections will be on May 14!
President Erdoğan made some statements about inflation and the election date at the AK Party GNAT group meeting he attended. First of all, he stated that the biggest problem in Turkey’s current environment is high inflation, but it has started to decline and it will decrease to 30 percent by the end of the year.
Later, the coming to power of the Democrat Party for the General Elections of Turkey, which all citizens were waiting for (May 14, 1950) marked the date of May 14, the 73rd anniversary. In other words, the election planned to be held on June 18, 2023 will be moved forward by one month.
