The company distributed a dividend equivalent to an average of 18 salaries to those who have been working for more than six years and those who have served as unit managers for more than two years. This gesture once again revealed the value Baykar attaches to its employees and its understanding of sharing success together.

Baykar management announced this important decision to its employees with the signatures of Haluk Bayraktar and Selçuk Bayraktar. In the letter, all employees who contributed to the company’s current success were thanked and the belief that many more successes would be achieved together was emphasized. “We are honored to be friends with you.” statement underlined the strong bond between employees and the company.
