When we look at the cars on the list, a sad fact welcomes us. In Turkey, we see cars that still continue to supply new cars and that’s why users can find cars in dealerships, not what they want. Now, when a rough calculation is made, you have to wait a minimum of 6 months when you want to buy a special order car, and at least 3 months if you want to buy a brand new car that has come off the production line.

Supply problems had particularly affected Toyota last month. The sales figures of Corolla, the model produced by the brand in Turkey and perhaps the most trusted, had decreased. However, this situation seems to have recovered in May. Toyota has risen to 6th place in the list of best-selling cars with the Corolla model in the general list.

Fiat did not leave the leadership in the best-selling model list again!

When we came to the best-selling brands and models of the business, the result did not surprise us. The first name in the bestseller of the list is still the same. Fiat continues this success, especially with the Egea model. Fiat Egea sold 9,298 units in total in April 2023. Last month, this number was 8 thousand 3.

An unexpected attack from Renault!

We see Renault right behind Fiat. The French brand, which we haven’t seen models other than Clio and Captur for a really long time, took the 2nd place with the Megane Sedan this time. The Megane sedan took the second place with 4,383 sales. Egea Cross is right behind Megane Sedan and Clio is in 4th place. When we look at Clio sales, there is a slight decrease compared to previous months, but there is a serious increase in Megane Sedan sales.

Despite supply problems and high prices, the record was broken again!

In May 2023, we see an explosion of demand and a record again. A total of 87 thousand 218 cars were sold in May. The number may have decreased compared to the previous month, but we had one of the months of May with the highest number of automobile sales ever. That’s why the record was broken again on a monthly basis.
