TUSAŞ shook hands for ANKA UAV: It will be produced in Kazakhstan!
TAI has made an agreement with Kazakhstan Engineering company for the production of ANKA UAVs. The UAV and SİHA models that will be sold in accordance with the agreement will be produced in Kazakhstan. In addition, cooperation will be made on technology transfer so that they can carry out maintenance and repair processes themselves.
Following the production facilities to be opened in Kazakhstan, ANKA production will take place for the first time outside the borders of Turkey. It should be noted that a similar agreement was made with Ukraine for the production of Bayraktar TB2 in the past period. However, due to the war with Russia, it has not been implemented yet.
Making a statement on the subject, TUSAŞ General Manager Temel Kotil said:
