Anthony Noto, CEO of SoFi Technologies, bitcoin and Ethereum announced that he has many crypto money investments, including
“We Have Investments in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Some Other Small Cryptocurrencies”
However, in an interview with CNBC on Monday, Noto said: cryptocurrency stated that their investments constitute only a small part of the total family investments.
When asked whether he has an investment in cryptocurrencies, the CEO of SoFi replied:
“We have Bitcoin, we have Ethereum, we have also invested in some other small and different cryptocurrencies. But these investments are only a very small part of our total investment.”
However, the famous CEO said that he thinks Blockchain technology is an incredible invention, and stated that companies that do not take the necessary steps on this technology may be making mistakes.
According to Noto, these companies risk being left behind compared to others. Noto said that companies should include innovation in business, and the use of cryptocurrencies as a technology platform is also an innovation.
“Crypto Market Still Uncertain and Volatile”
Despite his positive statements about cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology, Noto stated that he thinks companies should not make moves in a way that cryptocurrencies make up a large part of their total portfolios.
Explaining the reasons for this thought, the CEO claimed that the crypto market is currently in the high-risk-high-return investment class, and that it is largely uncertain and volatile.
In addition, Noto argued that it is currently unknown whether Bitcoin and other digital assets can act independently from stock exchanges.
SoFi is best known for owning the naming rights to the stadium where the Super Bowl event took place.
