On December 14, it turned out that a user infiltrated the database and offered the data he obtained for sale on a forum. Contacting the attacker in question, Social Blade confirmed that the data is genuine.

A very small subset (about one-tenth of a percent) of the data also contained addresses. Although account password hashes have been leaked, we have never stored your password in plain text, so your password is still safe.
