Real estate analyst Thomas Beyerle, 55, is sitting in his home office in his family home in the commuter belt of Frankfurt, with a view of the Altkönig mountain. Beyerle observes and analyzes the real estate market, researches and teaches about real estate, speaks about them at conferences and in podcasts – but above all he earns his money with them.
Beyerle is Head of Research at the Swedish multinational investment company Catella and Managing Director of Catella Property Valuation GmbH. He is also a professor of real estate economics at the Biberach University of Applied Sciences, president of the Society for Real Estate Research and was until recently co-host of the real estate podcast “Die Haus-Meister”.
Catella is a publicly listed financial company specializing in real estate consulting and fund management. It manages around twelve billion euros and is active in 13 countries.
