Sarah Engels gives her mom a mega-present: Flotter speedster in blue – people

Big gifts in the house of Engels!

Christmas time is gift time. What singer Sarah Engels (29) came up with for the giving of presents falls into the category: very special!

The ex-DSDS finalist gave her mother Sonja nothing less than a new car!

In this case, the present is so big that packing it is of course difficult …

So Sarah has to come up with something, because of course she wants to give her mom a big surprise. Albeit premature: Together with her husband Julian, she drives the planer up on the 23rd. The model: a Hyuandai Kona with a hybrid engine (140 hp, from 27,000 euros).

Sarah drives excitedly to her mother’s apartment. “Your car is a really old ham that will soon give up the ghost,” she says in her Instagram story. How do you think mom will react?

The partially electrified vehicle is chic. Bright blue and packed with a bow. “It really suits mom,” says Sarah. And how does she lure them out now?

The first attempt to simply call them does not work. So the singer rings her mother’s doorbell and asks her to help her. Annoyed she comes down … a confused look and suddenly the blue Hyundai stands in front of her.

“Don’t talk …” is the first reaction. Because Sarah’s mother initially believes she is being kidnapped. But then the great joy. Before getting in for the first time: straighten your hair. “The surprise was a success.” And daughter Sarah, too, overjoyed.

Her mother’s old car is said to have been a combustion engine, of course. Accordingly, she looks at all the technology overwhelmed. “Isn’t she really saying it?” Sarah posts embarrassed. “She must read the operating instructions.”

Such a splendid gift has to be learned first.
