SAP is appealing to employees to be more present again

Dusseldorf At SAP, there has long been a promise of flexibility: the 110,000 or so employees can work from anywhere, whether from home, on the road or in the office. In the corona pandemic, up to 90 percent of the workforce was even working from home at the behest of the group. But that should now be over: The management appeals to show more presence again.

In an internal e-mail that is available to the Handelsblatt, the board of directors announced the “I’m in” initiative. The flexible working model that the group offers will remain in place, but the aim is to “promote stronger relationships within the company” and “create opportunities for personal contact”.
