Apple held its Wonderlust event yesterday at 20:00 Turkey time. Finally, the iPhone 15 family, which we have all been waiting for for months, and the new Apple Watches have been introduced. However, Apple has a habit of not mentioning RAM when presenting device features, it is not known why. Following yesterday’s launch, the RAM features of the iPhone 15 Pro models were also revealed.
RAM features of new iPhones:
Apple never discloses the amount of RAM in iPhones in promotions. However, MacRumors, a reliable source, confirmed the RAM amounts of the iPhone 15 family. According to the site, there is an increase in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max compared to the Pro and Pro Max models of the previous generation. The extra RAM along with the new A17 Pro chip will benefit overall system performance, especially for multitasking.
The 15th version of Xcode, available today, includes files confirming that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are equipped with 6 GB of RAM, while the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have 8 GB of RAM.

The same Xcode files accurately revealed RAM amounts for iPhone 14 models last year and several previous iPhone generations. The type of RAM in the iPhone 15 models is unknown, but reviews of the devices will soon confirm this information.
Finally, Apple was supposed to join the trend of phones with 8 GB RAM, but it is still a bit interesting that it only did this in its two most powerful models.
All four iPhone 15 models will be available for pre-order on Friday, September 15 in the US and more than 40 countries and regions. The devices will be released a week later on Friday, September 22.
