Quentin Tarantino Releases Litigation “Pulp Fiction” NFT Collection

famous director Quentin Tarantino of cult movies “Pulp Fiction” NFT announced in November that it would release a collection, and after this announcement, the producer studio of the film Miramaxfiled a copyright lawsuit against Tarantino. Despite all this, the famous director announced that the collection will be released soon.

The status of the case is not clear due to the fact that it is not known where the NFTs will be located within the film distribution rights. Tarantino only owns the script rights to the movie, with all Web 2 rights to the movie held by its production company, Miramax.

It was stated that the scenes to be included in the NFT collection will not actually be the video clips left out of the final editing of the film, but the clips prepared from the images of the handwritten text of the script accompanied by Tarantino’s voiceover.

Despite the legal process, Tarantino and his team have announced that the NFTs will be released in 7 “episodes” starting on January 17 and ending on January 31. It was also added that each episode contains a different NFT bonus scene.
