According to TRT Haber’s news on the subject, Lawyer Müge Doğan, “There is an article in our Penal Code regarding this. “Those who illegally use these broadcasts of encrypted or unencrypted organizations broadcasting over the internet and those who provide or benefit from them are within the scope of a crime regulated in the Penal Code.” He warned the users by saying.

It is stated that if such use is detected, viewers may receive prison sentences ranging from 6 months to 2 years and may even have to pay very high fines. He also warned that payments to such illegal companies were made through personal IDs and that companies could use users as a method of “money laundering”.
