Our local and national car, Togg T10X, has already reached thousands of citizens and we have started to see it in traffic. There are 6 color options to choose from when ordering the vehicle: Gemlik, Anadolu, Kula, Kapadokya, Oltu and Pamukkale. However, one of our citizens wanted to go beyond these colors and this happened.

Mehmet Abi, who owns the Togg T10X V1 RWD Standard Range model, resorts to coating to make the vehicle more protected 1-2 days after purchasing the vehicle. This is where Mehmet Abi’s nightmare of modifying his Togg begins, as he wants to stay true to the vehicle’s own color by first applying a transparent coating.

The company that Mehmet Abi sent to cover his Togg T10X was a company that disassembled the vehicle for the first time. When he went to pick up the vehicle, he encountered a few defects. Having received the guarantee that the defects would be corrected, Mehmet Abi waited again, but when he received the next delivery, he learned that the vehicle’s windows were not working.

The vehicle, which had problems such as dents and screwdriver marks on the door pillars and the window jack not working, remained in the company’s possession for 17 days. However, Togg officials came to Mehmet Abi’s rescue and replaced the vehicle’s battery and window jacks under warranty. The company promised to supply the damaged parts and later supplied them.

But the story doesn’t end there. Mehmet Abi, who has a 5-year career as a car dealer, decides to wrap his Togg himself by saying “I can do this job” and thus enters the vehicle wrapping business.
