The NFT series, created by the Indonesian youth by taking his own selfies in the last 5 years, consists of 1,000 photos. What makes this NFT series so interesting is that 1,000 selfies have been sold.
Journey from Graduation Video to OpenSea
A computer science student at Semarang, the Indonesian teenager decided to take selfies every day a few years ago and took more than 1,000 photos in the years between 2017 and 2021. Ghozali had actually taken these selfies to use in a video he was going to make for his graduation day, but when the NFT craze exploded, he had the idea to sell them on OpenSea.
Ghozali, who offered each of the aforementioned photos for sale at OpenSea for 0.001 ETH, certainly did not anticipate that it would become so famous. After all, the NFTs that attract the most attention are generally projects with artistic depth, and Ghozali’s project does not have any artistic value.
However, the base price for the project in question is currently 0.42 ETH and there are 498 addresses with collection NFTs. So far, 355 ETH has been sold.
