New Feature for Sensitive People from Instagram

In its new announcement, Instagram announced that the Sensitive Content Control feature no longer just on the Discover pageannounced that it will work across the application. Thus, users can choose not to encounter sensitive content on the Discover page, as well as on search, reels, hashtags, ‘accounts you can follow’ and suggested posts appearing in the stream.

According to the statement made by Instagram, the application-wide of Sensitive Content Control, over the coming weeks will be released gradually for users. Users will have three options to limit sensitive content. With “Allow” sensitive content will be visible, with “Restrict” some of these content will be visible, and with “Restrict More” option, all content will be hidden.

For users who want to activate the ‘Allow’ option in the feature, Users over 18 years old they will need to be. Users under the age of 18 will not have this feature and sensitive content will be automatically filtered by Instagram. Instagram defines the sensitive content in question as follows:
