iPhone 15 Pro will come with a periscope camera
As will be remembered, last year, Ming-Chi Kuo, known for his reliable leaks in the smartphone industry, pointed out the iPhone 14 Pro model by making claims that Apple will start using a periscope camera in the next series. These claims began to emerge from early 2020.
On top of that, another analyst, Jeff Pu, recently said that Kuo’s claims are partially true, but that the periscope camera will be used from the iPhone 15 Pro. So, what will users be able to experience with the use of the camera in question?
The periscope sensor, which is currently seen in flagship models that focus on mobile photography such as the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Huawei’s P40 Pro +, is capable of optical zooming up to 10x. In contrast, the iPhone 13 Pro, which is considered one of Apple’s most powerful models, can only zoom up to 3x optically.
