The Ministry of Commerce fined 353 companies that made exorbitant price increases in vital products after the earthquake.

It was requested to identify the contractors and other responsible persons of the destroyed buildings and to carry out the necessary investigations. On the other hand, it was stated that necessary protection measures should be taken without hesitation against the possibility of escape and blackening of evidence.
It was also requested to establish an expert committee, which will include experts, to coordinate the collection of evidence, to collect the evidence accurately and completely, and to prepare a report. - Public prosecutors who will work in Earthquake Crimes Investigation Offices will be provided with their own internal watch lists to keep watch only for this office.
- Efforts will be made to identify the contractors, technically responsible and inspectors of the destroyed buildings, as well as other responsible persons. Necessary investigations will be carried out immediately for those who are determined to be responsible, and necessary protection measures will be taken without hesitation due to the possibility of escaping and blackening of evidence.
- Evidence collection processes will be carried out in a coordinated manner, taking into account the rescue activities.
- A committee of experts will be formed to collect the evidence accurately and completely, and to prepare a report on the subject.
- The expert committee will be composed of architects, geology and civil engineers and other experts according to their relevance.
- Crime scene detection procedures will be carried out in the presence of experts under the supervision of the public prosecutor and will be recorded in the report.
- The building permit, building usage certificate, architectural and static projects will be obtained from the relevant municipalities, building owners and building inspection company without delay and submitted to the expert committee.
- While detecting evidence in buildings by expert committees, sampling and analysis procedures will be carried out by laboratories licensed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
- Evidence detection procedures; address of the building, title deed registration, earthquake demolished, type of structure, carrier system, building permit or building usage certificate, obtaining architect and reinforced concrete static project information and documents, if any, general debris image, column, beam, floor and video and photographs of the basic structure It will be ensured that samples are taken from the structures.
