Microsoft Teams has announced a new feature that will increase productivity in business environments with the widespread use of remote and hybrid working order brought by the pandemic and which seems to remain after the pandemic. With this feature, users will be able to use three-dimensional characters, in other words ‘avatars’, to represent themselves during the online conversation.

The feature, which is expressed as a solution to the problem that online meetings become boring and difficult to focus after a point, is a character that looks exactly like you or that you have determined; will reflect your actions on this character and show it to other participants. Thanks to the artificial intelligence, everything you do will be adapted to this avatar in terms of animation. These characters can also be displayed in 2D and will not need a VR device to be seen. However, if there is a VR device, of course, it will not be eaten.
