Microsoft ‘Accidentally’ Released Windows 11 Update

Released in October 2021 Windows 11was acclaimed for offering a new and modern interface to computers. However, the latest version of the Windows family brought some problems with it. In the last year and a half, we have observed many problems such as update errors and software problems.

Now, there was another problem with Windows 11. Microsoft is giving computers that don’t have enough hardware ‘mistakenly’ Windows 11 offered updates. Devices that could not meet the requirements could not make this update.

This is the second time a similar issue has occurred this year.

With this error of the technology giant, many users who cannot meet the system requirements for Windows 11, failed to complete updates. The company also confirmed its error with a statement and admitted that some computers that are not suitable for hardware have received updates.

After what happened, many users took the situation to social media. For example, you can see above that a Twitter user shared screenshots showing a free update coming to a Windows 10 device that doesn’t meet the system requirements.

Microsoft, Also in June 2022 similarly, it had accidentally offered such an update to users who did not have support. However, in this case, some of the users whose computers were not suitable were able to perform the update.

Both events made the company’s strict policies on the minimum system requirements of Windows 11 again the subject of discussion.
