Local robots will make production in the local battery factory
The capacity of the factory is planned to be 1 GWh in a single shift for the first year. With this investment, Reap Battery will offer economical and advanced energy storage solutions for electricity grids, renewable energy plants, industrial and commercial facilities and households.
The collaboration with Robo, which has developed domestic robotic production line projects for YEO Technology’s Reap Battery factory, is a very important step not only in the field of energy storage systems production in Turkey, but also in the development and production of domestic and indigenously designed energy storage systems.
True independence! 100 percent domestic chip from ASELSAN
With the 100 percent domestic chip revolution produced by ASELSAN, the AESA radar made its first flight with the F-16 ÖZGÜR platform.
The factory is planned to be operational at full capacity in 2024. Reap Battery will have the capacity to provide research and development, design and engineering, supply and production, operation and maintenance services of energy storage systems from a single point.
With this investment, we can say that both companies will become stronger, considering the installed capacity of energy storage systems worldwide, which is expected to increase to 194 GWh in 2030, and the market volume, which will exceed 225 billion dollars.
