Latest Registrations for Spot Bitcoin ETF Give Bulls Hope

Issuers trying to establish a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) in the USA made new registrations with the SEC the other day.

Documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reveal that Ark 21Shares, Valkyrie, VanEck, and Grayscale filed with the SEC 8-A records were made is showing.
