According to the last minute development, the request to freeze the assets of Binance.US submitted by the SEC was denied by the court judge.
The judge ordered Binance and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to try to reach an agreement for the exchange to collateralize US assets, but allow Binance to continue operating as usual.
Binance.US had told the judge that it would not be able to continue its activities if its assets were frozen.
Binance will have to provide a list of operating expenses.
