The Court of Appeal said it overturned the extradition decision, stating that there were “serious violations of criminal procedure provisions” in the legal action that led to the extradition decision in February.

Since the extradition decision was overturned after this objection, Do Kwon, who was expected to be extradited to the USA at the end of the month, may not be extradited to the USA.
Do Kwon’s lawyer Goran Rodic told DL News “The decision of the court of appeal provides judicial confirmation that the extradition order was illegal, just like the previous ones.” said
