License fees increased to 2000 TL
After the Cabinet Meeting, President Erdoğan touched upon some issues on Turkey’s agenda. Immediately afterwards, the Higher Education Institution announced the increase in scholarship and loan fees. Accordingly, license fees increased from 1250 TL to 2000 TL.
There was also an increase in master’s and doctorate fees, as expected. According to the statement of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, master’s degree fees increased from 2500 TL to 4000 TL. For doctoral students, it increased from 3 thousand 750 lira to 6 thousand lira.
