Mr Kasparov, after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization, many men fled the country. There are protests not only in Moscow. Can that shake Putin’s regime?
The regime is already destabilized. The mobilization is an act of desperation. For the first time in more than twenty years of his rule, Putin has violated the unwritten contract with the Russian people. Until now, you could do whatever you wanted as long as you didn’t get in the way of Putin’s agenda. Now he’s asking people to make sacrifices.
