Is Cardano Vasil Having Problems With The Hard Fork? -The Founder Announced

long awaited Cardano While some questions remained about the “Vasil hard fork” update, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson answered whether there were any problems with the update in question.

This comment was shared after he asked share pool operators (SPOs) to upgrade their nodes to version 1.35.3. The update is set so that no hard forks can occur until at least 75% of operators upgrade.

Charles Hoskinson In addition to his comment, “We have high confidence that the engineering behind 1.35.3 is solid,” he added, “There is no crisis in Cardano, things are going pretty well.”

Experienced developer Adam Dean He recently claimed on Twitter that the testnet was “catastrophically broken”, sparking a controversy in the community. Dean added that the Input Output team wanted to rush the update, which was causing serious technical issues.

In his latest video, Hoskinson shared the caption: “Let’s be clear this isn’t a mainnet bug”. He claimed that the fact that the bug was discovered on the testnet in the first place indicates that the test processes are working.

According to Hoskinson, the code has been “extensively and thoroughly” tested, and the probability of discovering a new bug is “very low”.

Hoskinson stressed that the timing of the distribution will be decided by the SPOs. The crypto boss also added that the blockchain is decentralized, meaning that no one can unilaterally decide for Cardano.
